At MOZA Racing, we are committed to providing high-performance sim racing gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your equipment within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our support team via the official portal with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely Package Your Gear

  Place the product, including all original cables, manuals, and mounting hardware, back into its original MOZA Racing packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Authorized Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at an authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value wheel bases and pedals.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
